How to Detect a Scam

It’s hard to beat the convenience of online banking. Financial technology lets you perform your banking transactions quickly and conveniently from anywhere using a smartphone, tablet or computer. But to maintain your financial security, it’s important to understand how to recognize a scam and safeguard your personal information and your money from criminals.

These four lessons will teach you how to detect and protect yourself from a scam:

  • Get Started

    Once you finish the video, you can begin this workshop by clicking on Lesson 1.

  • Track Your Progress

    As you move through each lesson, a red progress bar on the right will tell you how much of the content you have completed. You can use the up or down arrows on the red bar to jump between sections within a lesson.

  • Test
